Anybody have any idea what this load is? It didn't seem THAT big, but the trailer was one of the longest I've ever seen. The Petebilt up front was equally huge, and, as you can see in this lousy photo, one of the coolest semi tractors I've ever seen. The stacks were almost taller than the load.

Probably some sort of super dense metal.

Yeah, that's big...but you should see some of the ones in Australia .

Looks like some giant electric transformer or electric component.

I know, those things are insane. Only difference is, this wasn't on some deserted arrow straight road through the outback. This was on I-80 going through a city.

Could be a number of things. Possible, a part of a large die or bed of a press.

I love seeing this kind of stuff. There's a ton of these things on the road between St. Louis and Kirksville. Big long highways with nothing along them, so it's cool to at least see some interesting things.
Best road trip vehicle that I've been in BTW is a Ram 1500 Laramie. SO COMFY.

I have yet to test my car on the long haul, but apart from being a little down on power, the Flex is a superb road trip car.

Agreed. I was actually thinking generator though.
